Abstract

The book covers the wide range of inter-ethnic experiences throughout the Portuguese-Speaking World from the sixteenth century to the present day. It integrates contributions from history, sociology, social psychology, anthropology, literary and cultural studies, in order to offer a radical updating of both empirical data and methodologies.
