Abstract

Deep-immunophenotyping of the circulatory T cell compartment using mass cytometry and unsupervised clustering analysis, identifies phenotypic and functional differences in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) and psoriasis, highlighting the stronger systemic component associated with AD.
