The Potter's Field

Abstract

This exhibition and series of public talks took place at the Acme project space in east London. It was the outcomes of a three month International Australia Council residency in 2014. The work took the name from a pauper's cemetery and included a series of sculptures, photographs, and a video that mapped loss and anxiety in the body and the landscape of east London. The opening event included a performance by percussionists whose music formed part of the score in the film.
