Research interests

Jonathan focuses on understanding the fit between human abilities and the limitations of the machine, task and environment. He applies his knowledge of human factors to better understand how people perform resiliently in safety-critical contexts.

Jonathan is delighted to be working at the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery, and at St Thomas' hospital. He will help develop and test interventions to improve organisational resilience within healthcare.
